Wellings arrogance and the lack of accountability from his legal team is so chilling. These people genuinely believe they can get away with this behaviour, because often society lets them.

This is awful - but it's also a sensationalist bit of reporting that paints all abusers as 'pure evil' and allows you to look the other way. Your brother, sister or best friend could be quite happily abusing someone you know right now.
