My anxiety is through the roof between interviewing for a job opportunity that doesn’t come around often, work, art projects and moving soon but…it’s a good challenge for me in my mission to better cope with my anxiety instead of just shutting down

Took a break this week from responsibilities to reevaluate some things since work has really been taxing me…even outside of work hours.

Sitting down and really thinking about the core problems that I CAN control and focusing on how to fix those problems really helps.

My day jobs been kicking my ass lately, but I’m committed to continuing to release new things every month~ I am going to switch up next months release from my original plan, but I’ll show that off soon 🍓🫐
