Sounds like this one, my favorite. I use AP flour. Sometimes I leave half the dough in the fridge a few days before I make the second one. It comes out a little boozy and I love it.

1/ H5N1 primarily circulates in birds and rarely infects humans. Most cases result from direct contact with infected birds/livestock, not human-to-human spread. It’s not currently a significant risk for seasonal outbreaks. 🦜➡️🧍

Only complaint is they don’t have a huge selection of hot pepper seeds. Another option you might consider is a local library. Many of them have heirloom seed banks, and are filled with varieties that do well in a given climate.
