Drawing of my oc Scarlette with a clean redesign for fourleafisland's brush week challenge! Scarlette is given water/bubble hair and tail and an outfit based off the design and colors of the brush. She is blowing a kiss.

Day 4 of #brushweek2025 , Clean Brush! Water and bubbles are a must for this redesign. I think this is the one brush where I had a full vision of what I wanted to do before I even started. The others were just an idea.
