WAR - All Day Music (Live At The Grove, 2007) YouTube video by War

Friends, I just now stumbled upon not ... I mean not literally single best recording of let's say the 1970s - but maybe like second best out of totally nowhere?

And THEN I discover they were still going *badass* *still as a band* in 2007?

F'n respect WAR

Hi everybody, long time long time etc, this is a *live* *irl* invitation for insight, assistance, perspective, whatever, regarding home lead paint remediation. That's right, I said HOME LEAD PAINT REMEDIATION.

There is no emergency, but if you've been there, please hit me up ASAP like right now!

It sucks - for us. I guess. But let's not forget that we are not the point. Wonderful actor, undoubtedly a good soul.

It's exactly 15 years ago today - or maybe plus or minus a few years and/or another day - that I first gave myself permission to wear a hoodie without a t-shirt on underneath.

@raulpachecovega.bsky.social Hi Prof. Vega, another Bluesky user said that you have really helpful tips for taking notes - but the link they provided didn't work. Is this true? Is there a link you can share? I would be most grateful!

Hi #nonprofit #nonprofitsky #npsky, I was among those laid off from @npquarterly.bsky.social on Friday. While I would be loathe to "disparage" my former employer, it's a disappointing end. I want to keep working for the nonprofit sector and would be grateful for any job leads, tips, etc. Thx!

Just throwing this out there, and I expect not to be judged for it, but does anyone else feel like microwaves *take longer than they used to?*

And once again I get played by the Typo Jester - I was trying to say *drab* photo

Sorry for this grab photo, the colors were more inspiring in real life, it was supposed to be kind of a noir take on my lead paint remediation project

Damnit - while I will tip the hat to a rather intriguing typo there, obviously I meant: a dark and stormy night

Hi folks, it's a dark and stor.y night here in beautiful Plymouth, NH! I am up late putting in the last little bit for tonight on this wicked obstreperous - but vital - lead paint remediation project for baby. Anyway, going to post a bunch of photos of whatever!

@mzdeloffre.bsky.social thank you for the reference on note-taking! Then I clicked to see who you were, and you sound like somebody from whose knowledge and wisdom and expertise we at my company, Nonprofit Quarterly, would very much value. My chats are open, please drop a line if you like!

Hi folks! Does anyone have a good method of taking notes from books that works for them? Ideally, I want a system that is pen-and-paper, at least at first, because I think reading and then turning to a screen all the time sounds miserable and bad.

Hey Tim, looking forward to the interview and thanks for all your work — but I thought maybe you had quit the podcast, because my feed hasn't updated in forever. New feed? — Isaiah
