I have always loved music. More than that, I'm often reminded how much I *need* music. I can always find comfort in songs. Always.

I've been waiting years to get into a pain clinic for my many back/hip issues. Finally got in 2 weeks ago. The Dr called Friday, had a cancellation this afternoon, so I am going in for first round of cortisone injections into my lower spine.

I am freaking the fuck out. 🤮😅

One thing about me, if I see something cool I usually buy it. (Which explains why I’m broke but have cool stuff). 😂

Sunny and 7°C in Canada = apartment windows open for that good fresh air. 👍

1992 - Me at 20. Big goofy smile. On my first trip to the US, sitting on a deck somewhere in New Hampshire, wearing my favourite Wind River sweater, my beautiful mullet flowing in the wind, & eating my first ever pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. A perfect day for that nerd.

I once again experienced a yearly island ritual on this chilly Monday morning. I stood in line with 15 other people, at 7:30am so I could have a chance of getting my muffler fixed.
