Black cat drooling & walking in circles on gray couch.

Black cat drooling about to walk in circles on gray couch as drool sticks to her whiskers.

I think the vet may have given her drugs

It's not easy to react to and it's not an easy struggle to have. It sucks.

(But for real sometimes if you take the time to add important context to a task, you lose the momentum! So grab that scrub brush & get some bleach!)

Hope you don’t share a toilet because you’ll forget to clean it if you don’t do it now whether someone’s sitting there or not!!

“If it takes less than five minutes do it immediately” is the best ADHD advice if you don’t care about anyone you live or work with

I think witches do this, I dunno if it has any basis in historical religions but I assume so cuz apparently it’s human instinct to gather your cat’s fallen whiskers “for later”

Thanks adhd I can’t remember any task that takes more than five minutes and if it takes less than five minutes, I have to do it IMMEDIATELY NOW or I’ll forget. but I remember to collect every fallen cat whisker I decided to put in a jar for no reason.

In fact, I would be shocked if these didn’t exist when Etsy was still a place to sell homemade stuff.

No, I’m safe under parody law, but anyone can engage in parody and come up with the same thing

Look, you can be as pretentious as you want. I can’t actually tell because you’re mumbling, but I’m pretty sure the guy just wanted to draw earknifepenises and birdstomachlegsexannibalism

@moviehooligan.bsky.social said I should start drawing Klingon greeting cards that say “sorry for your dishonor”

How do you get a Roku TV to stop mumbling creepily to itself especially when it’s describing the Hironymous Bosch paintings you picked as background?

To be fair he never knew he had a son and his mom never thought he would have to know, but yeah, really didn’t rise to the occasion there. Not at all. As much as I feel like kids probably shouldn’t be on starships period, really laid the groundwork for Alexander to feel completely rejected in DS9

It’s extra awful because you know some of the people asking for money are very real!!

Book covers on a background of trees in the fog:
The Night Ship by Alex Woodroe,
Humboldt Cut by Allison Mick,
The Cellar Below the Cellar by Ivy Grimes,
KAYAK by Kristal Stittle,
Nowhere Burning by Catriona Ward.
A skull on a pile of books thinking “read or die.”
Text at the bottom: some of my TBR for women in horror month

📚💀💅🏼 March is Women in Horror Month, and I’m really looking forward to these new and new-ish books on my TBR! Disclaimer: I am the most excruciatingly slow reader to walk/limp the earth 🐌 so these are from my 2026 but not-necessarily-March TBR…

I really hate that there are scams everywhere right now including ones surrounding very real humanitarian crises. If I believed in hell, special place. Please let me know if you know of a vetted charity that supports struggling Palestinians directly.

But what if they were just bullshitting me? It’s my friend’s book not mine. And they probably would have just said nothing because that’s the default whether you liked it or not! You have to really like it to tell me how much you appreciated the recommendation!

So far everyone I have recommended @allisonmick.bsky.social’s
book Humboldt Cut has either come back and said they loved it, or is too overwhelmed to read at all right now and put it on the back burner. No one got it and didn’t like it!!
