Just bought a 2024 Subaru Outback last week and it’s as close to a station wagon as you can still get in this country.

I grew up with massive grocery getters, so this is practical and nostalgic. Like it more than I thought I would!

I just simply wouldn’t enter a Mideast war without defined goals and an exit strategy. But that’s just me, apparently.

Awesome. The drug addled mentally ill guy who threatened to kill me last week is back on the street across from my house. The past week has been hell on 34th Ave So with drug parties behind two businesses leading to two ODs and chaos. Harm Reduction really hurting this Nokomis cooridor.

A clip from The New York Times reads: "But only the entities that officially paid the tariffs are eligible to recover that money. That means that the fuller universe of people affected by Mr. Trump’s policies — including millions of Americans who paid higher prices for the products they bought — are not able to apply for direct relief.

The extent to which consumers realize any gain hinges on whether businesses share the proceeds, something that few have publicly committed to do. Some have started to band together in class-action lawsuits in the hopes of receiving a payout."

The average American family paid $1,700 in tariffs last year, according to the bipartisan Congressional Joint Economic Committee. Few will ever see any of that money back. The refunds will go to companies, if doled out at all. What a joke.

My favorite thing to do recently is call 911 on the mentally disturbed guy (4th year of this nonsense) who yells nonstop outside of my home and neighborhood grocery store and threatens me when I tell him to quiet down. Second fav is that the police can’t do anything without “a long paper trail.”

Happy Confederate Surrender Day from Minnesota where we still have your goddamn flag and we’re not giving it up.
