William by Mason Coile
I tore through William by Mason Coile in a day. I had placed it on my TBR after reading the description and it happened to be on the shelf of my library. Absolutely terrifying with an incredible twist. It gave me some nostalgic 90s techno-thriller vibes as well.

Friends, just saw the draft cover image of EXILES, the next Mason Coile novel coming in the second half of 2025, and it looks…FANTASTIC!!

Wow. What a tight, well-paced, creepy-as-hell horror novel. William by @andrewpyper.bsky.social (writing as Mason Coile) offers up some chilling scenes in this story about A.I. running amok in a smart home. Had me flipping pages faster and faster, and left my jaw hanging open by the end.
Just finished reading this. What a delight. Kudos @andrewpyper.bsky.social
Sometimes I stop to wonder what William is doing right now.
Mason Coile deal in Publishers Weekly! Can’t wait for WILLIAM and EXILES to make it out into the world.
