I miss the days when your Internet persona was decidedly split from your real life. I was very young then but tbh it was helpful to have that split and know that none of it should spill into one's personal life. growing up, it made me more critical and careful with what I consumed or put out there.

Some thing I'm proud of implementing in our hiring process:
- a short answer application instead of a cover letter
- threading values throughout the hiring process
- performance task for everyone
- being clear and upfront with the expectations rather than abiding by implicit norms
