The trainees that do the homework consistently tend to be able to take medium hands within 4 weeks…..often less. I tell them when they can pop that toy in and out with little discomfort then hands are no issue and they often have taken my bigger non collapsible like they’ve been fisted for years

So you know when you’re topping and get in a hole and nowhere to go once in. 😳

I train a lot on new fisters here in Provincetown and teach fisting 101 at CLAW when I attend. That plug I can keep in for 24 hrs, the lg/xl for 8+ hrs and monster for 4+ hrs

Then each time you get it in double that time…..will build your stamina for when you are able to take a fist and also stretches the rectum so your top has somewhere to go. Do you fist top?

That’s a great toy for internal rectal stretching but the shape doesn’t help getting you where you want to be. The shape of the plug I suggest has a nice taper allowing slow stretching so avoid injury…..it will take your breath away when it pops in but keep it in as long as possible
