I am currently reading "Reactionary Modernism" by Jeffrey Herf and feel like the Karp book is basically responding to Herf with a resounding "yes, but it's great".

Der Protesttag in der bayerischen Landeshauptstadt begann mit einer feministischen Demonstration auf dem Odeonsplatz. Auf dem Haupttransparent wurde die Botschaft "Für einen offensiven Feminismus" gezeigt.

Während der Demonstration wurden vereinzelt Pyrotechnik gezündet. Auf diesem Bild ist ein Nebeltopf zu sehen.

An der Ecke Schellingstraße/Amalienstraße gelang es zwei Gruppen von Gegendemonstrant*innen, den "Marsch fürs Leben" zu trennen und den hinteren Teil des fundamentalistischen Aufmarsch zu blockieren. Die Polizei verzichtete darauf, diese zu räumen und leitete die Lebensschützer*innen um.

Auch entlang der Strecke kam es wiederholt zu Gegenprotesten. Auf diesem Bild begleitet eine Gruppe von Gegendemonstrant*innen den Aufmarsch und störten sie mit Rufen. Dabei wird ein Banner mit der Aufschrift "Fundis zum Teufel jagen" mitgeführt.

Über 4.000 Menschen stellen sich in München dem „Marsch fürs Leben“ entgegen. Lautstark protestieren sie gegen antifeministische, queer- und transfeindliche Positionen der Anti-Choice-Bewegung. Mit Blockaden bringen sie den Aufmarsch der Abtreibungsgegner*innen immer wieder ins Stocken.

"Jesus" is a plot device to justify power of religious institutions that are built on the premise that there exists an authority that can not be questioned by human deliberation. "Jesus" is a myth to make you accept totalitarianism. Religion has no place in a free and sane society.

Just a reminder that Jesus wasn't white. He also wasn't any other skin color. He wasn't even a he. "Jesus" is a not a real person. "Jesus" is as much a person as Batman or Sarah Connor are.
