Since moving out of the city I’ve discovered to my horror, that door to door sales people are still a thing. It’s the worst.

As a certified raisin (& other associated dried fruit) hater, the marzipan and tooth crackingly hard icing from the Christmas cake was the only dessert I got at Christmas as a child.

Same but also because one of the cats thinks he’s a dog and drinks out of the toilet if the opportunity presents itself

I’m always curious when someone I thought of as a minor player in my life takes a prominent role in a dream. Did I miss something in our relationship at the time or are they simply a familiar face for an archetype to borrow…? Guess I’ll never know.
