I bet he calls a challenge on Wednesday
In the moment I wanted him to call those challenges, but when I saw the replays there was enough contact where I don’t think he would have won them. The only one I thought he’d win was when Bane knocked the ball out of bounds, but the refs seemed to allow the inbound too fast for him to call for it
Much more to it than just this, but jd gotta step it up, and i think he will. I’m not overly concerned with jb tho i would like more ausar (and woo). I actually think he was wise not to challenge some of those close calls.
Also, second unit gotta get back to ball movement.
I had a lotta fun
thank you bell hooks
Shame, shame, I know your name
I’ll be on Sports Intel at 7:45pm to hopefully talk you off the Ambassador Bridge regarding your Pistons mental spiral

JD hasn’t had many rough games this year, regardless of other teams’ defenders/approach. He really just has to step it up and the passes into him earlier have to be cleaner. Both those things seemed a little lackluster to kick off. But Orlando is good too, it’s true.
Woo too
Yes, it is the Year of the Horse, as more than a billion people on Earth will tell us!
Coachella is trying to wipe all of the footage of The Strokes protest set so I’m gonna post it here. The last images on the screen made me cry.
This legit made me lol for the first time in the history of this gif
I think this is a misread of why Ausar was on Bane and not Paolo. It’s about taking away a scoring threat who can handle and play-make and forcing Paolo to play a lot of 1 on 1 and hit tough shots (he did tonight, good on him). It’s where almost every Piston account wanted Ausar and Tobias playing.
Mos definitely. In a game of runs, if you get the stoppers before your opponent boils over with a lead, it’s your night, amber
The big takeaway imho is that orlando took away Duren. Not just from scoring, but handling the ball at all. That means no double teams on him, no easy baseline slashes for Ausar, not short rolls, no nothin. It took away a massive portion of the Pistons’ offense. They can fix this.
That’s a bummer of a game, but the issues were pretty clear and fixable, so don’t lose your mind over it
Well, adjust by Wednesday (lookin at you, front court)
Lot of conclusions being drawn off one game. Not that the Pistons don't have a lot to take away and learn from tonight, because they do. Haven't led once at home tonight.
These frickin free throws
Stew blocks are heart stops
And Cade isn’t even at 100%
I mean thank god for cade
Jalen Duren averaged 19.5 PPG in the regular season and Isaiah Stewart averaged 10.0 PPG.....they have 10 combined points through 3 quarters tonight against the #Magic
That’s a big Daniss block
Showed great restraint
Im shocked JB didnt challenge that
