Les placebos ne semblent pas correspondre à la définition de médicament du code de la santé publique (www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/articl...) et ne sont donc pas concernés (si je comprends bien cette définition) par ce code
L'homéopathie l'est par contre pour une raison qui m'échappe
Je ne pense pas qu'un placebo soit considéré comme un médicament et donc couvert par la législation sur les médicaments
