I was given some positive health/fitness news, so I'd like you all to celebrate with me!

For the first time since I was a teenager, I dropped below 300lbs. 5 years ago, I just peaked over 400lbs. Through working out and changing my diet, I've lost a lot of weight.

I am very proud right now.

Ah. I'm 6'7 and at the time, was 350. Also very dense.

During practice, some of the smaller dudes would attempt to knock me down to little avail.
