Nicole is a proud native of Memphis, Tennessee. She studied at Howard University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The University of Memphis.

She has been the Administrative Director for Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey since November 2013 and currently serves as his Deputy Chief of Staff for Administration.

Nicole began her Senate career in 2003 and has previously worked for Senators Lamar Alexander of Tennessee, Joe Lieberman of Connecticut, Chris Dodd of Connecticut, and Carl Levin of Michigan.

Janice holds a law degree from The George Washington University, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.

She previously served in the Biden Administration as a vetting attorney at the White House and worked on oversight matters at the Department of Justice and the Office of Management and Budget. She also served as Oversight Counsel for the House Committee on Education and Labor.

Janice is an experienced lawyer with a strong oversight background in both the executive and legislative branches. She is currently a Senior Counsel with the House Oversight Committee.

She earned her Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

She is honored to represent women who have a passion to affect change through policy.

Alaura is the Education Policy Director of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions committee.

She is from Midwest City, Oklahoma and has worked on Capitol Hill for 9 ½ years.

Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Janay is a proud Hokie. She currently resides in Maryland with her husband and dog.

Janay previously gained experience on Capitol Hill as Sen. Mark Warner's (D-VA) first Senate Page followed by an internship for Sen. John Kerry (D-MA). After graduating from college, she returned to Capitol Hill to work on the House side for Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH).

Prior to joining the Committee, Janay was a political appointee in the Biden Administration, serving as a Policy Advisor at GSA. In this role, she supported the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs and worked closely on congressional oversight matters.

After serving as a Legislative Aide for Senator John Fetterman, Aria has built an impressive track record in public policy, advocacy, and legislative strategy.

A proud HBCU graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and an MPA graduate of George Washington University, Kendra remains deeply committed to public service, mentorship, and uplifting her community.

She currently serves as Assistant Chief Clerk of Debates in the Office of the Clerk, where she helps ensure the accurate publication of the Congressional Record while working closely with Members of Congress and floor staff to support the legislative process.

A proud D.C. native and Ward 8 resident, Kendra has spent the past decade dedicated to public service through legislative affairs and public administration, with roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and the Prince George’s County Council.

A proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University and UNLV, Joi is also a Ph.D. candidate whose research explores how HBCUs shape public policy and influence local governance. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc..

Joi has advanced equity-focused policy through roles with University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Southwest Gas Corporation, the Office of Steve Sisolak, the Nevada System of Higher Education, and the Vegas Chamber.

Joi serves as District Director for Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-4), where she leads district strategy, constituent services, and community engagement to ensure Nevada communities have access to critical federal resources.

Charmise began her career as a Visitor Guide at the Capitol Visitor Center, leading specialized tours for Members of Congress, high ranking officials, staff, and the public.

Prior to joining the Office of the Whistleblower Ombuds, Charmise served as a clerk for the House Science, Space & Technology Committee, supporting Members and staff during hearings and markups, and managing official committee records.

Charmise brings over a decade of nonpartisan experience on Capitol Hill, where she has established and maintained active working relationships with Member and Committee offices.
