Not at all! We come to listen to you not look at the lights, just sorry haven’t been able to get to S&Bs latest tour. The smoke also aggravates my asthma!

Had a hammer in our Beetle for the very same. I think it was the solenoid I had to hit?
Love the yards of Kendal! Nice shot!
45 years of cycling. But then even more realising the vulnerability of my children when they were small.
Currently not cycling (or driving!) due to a TBI from an “unknown accident”.
Never tried purposeful double exposures, but accidentally ran a film twice through my Leica IIIa. Here we have St Paul’s Cathedral inside Stoke-on-Trent railway station!

Nice one, I can see the Helm from where I’m sitting. Can’t make out the trig point though!
Oh, to lie on that grass and dangle my toes in the water!
I remember seeing that near the Kyle of Lochalsh in about 1989, a sorry looking decommissioned Calmac Ferry, before its very posh refit! Nice to see it’s still going, not that I’ll ever be able to sail on it!
Great timing, love the juxtaposition of the crow(?) and the rocks. Great shot!
That’s gorgeous!
Looks like a fabulous book, loved hills all my life, can’t wait to read it!
Thank you! So impressed with this near 90 year old lens!
Corbridge church, Northumberland. There was a wedding on so I couldn’t get inside a gorgeous building that dates back 1300 years!

Southbank just before Christmas. love this place, going to concerts and theatre for 45 years and photographing it as long. It inspired me to become an architect. Good changes at river level, but most external public spaces feel quite dismal…

I’m looking at alternative processes, so I’ll have to channel the attitude!
Wow! Not sure I’d take a risk on film older than me, even if I could find it. Enjoy using cameras older than me though!
The picture is filled with short stone pillars, on top of them are some of the paving slabs that made up the Roman underheated floor.
Hypocaust, Chester’s fort, Northumberland.

Such a cliched picture, but I can never tire of it! Nice shot!

Born in the 60s that type face is so evocative! Lovely vignette.
Great office!
Love the composition, I won’t ask how many times you walked up and down the beach to get it all to line through!
Gate and stone wall shot from low angle, triangular hill in background, rough tufted grass in foreground.
Gateway, Mickleden. Rossett Pike in the background. Took my “new” Nikkor QC 135 2.8 on a walk in Langdale. Very pleased with it, and interesting to use a prime of that length.
Row of trees on a mountainside, backlit, cast long shadows down the slope in front of them.
Mickleden, late afternoon, first day of summer time.
Great capture. Love the separation of the hills!
Great photo! I love my 530/2 and it’s amazing the pictures you can get from a 90 y/o camera. 6x9 and it fits in my coat pocket!
Seen dippers on the Kent, but not lucky enough to see Kingfishers there yet. Great photos!
Gorgeous! The central fells were looking a lot more muted from my viewpoint this evening.
