That's normally Postybirb (www.postybirb.com), which I highly recommend if you're only posting images.
But, because every site handles video uploads differently, Postybirb doesn't know what to do. Even animated gifs get uploaded as the first frame (which forces me to delete/reupload the post).
It's the vibe coder.
