Ugh! The workers at the dentist's office today were talking about trashy reality TV. I wanted to tell them that it is what is wrong with society but kept it to myself since they had their hands in my mouth.

I keep improving my lavender tea latte. They sell lavender oatmilk creamer (wish they had a smaller size b/c they say do not freeze). Success after a big fail last night with lasagna. We got SO sick! WHY did I use jarred spaghetti sauce!? Is it bad when my ROOT CANAL today was a better experience?

For the past week or so, one of my ears had a kind of throb and light ringing sound. It's not doing it now but I am wondering if that was related...

Yesterday I was eating cold fruit and suddenly felt extreme pain. Braced myself for several seconds until it went away. Then drank hot tea and yeowza! It subsided a few seconds later but this morning, a dull ache and pain to touch. It's an abscess. I'm on antibiotics; get root canal Monday. Lucky me

I'm all caught up on BEST MEDICINE. FOX is calling it an original series, but it's the British show, DOC MARTIN, set in the U.S. I am enjoying this one, too.
