-Wouldn't hurt to take a short break from purely NSFW content if it could help you vary up your craftsmanship skills, doing something you're good at, NSFW or not, should be something to be proud of purely because you *can* do it. But as the saying goes; "too much of a good thing can be bad for you."

I get how you feel, I personally wish I'd spend more time doing more neutral stuff, like landscape art or more wholesome romantic illustrations instead of basic naked pinups, but since my free time is so fleeting as I get older, I feel like I fell into a rut that's hard to get out of.

Shading technique I experimented with.

Final result applied to my drawing of Emmy.

I was experimenting with a different approach to shading in shadows and applying it with my colors. The result seems interesting, but I'll likely stick to my usual method. Still was fun trying something different though.

Funny thing about these, I was looking up something PPG related one day and saw these designs of the girls on google images. I honestly thought they were ai, not because it looked bad, but because it just didn't feel real to me. Then I found out they were actually real as merch. Lol.
