also! people with blonde and red hair tend to either lighten or darken as they age. many kids here are platin/white blonde as children but then have dark/brown hair as adults.
& redheads sometimes lose some red over time and turn more blonde (i had deep copper hair as a child & now it's red-blonde)
yep, to me his hair in Veilguard looks auburn. like, brownish but with copper underneath. also, some men (at least here in central europe) who have brown hair will still have copper in their beard and other body hair (like my partner :3) so redhead Solas, to me, is totally in the cards :D
ah i only asked after Solas because due to his freckles, i headcanon him as an ex-redhead xD

and i tried Honor Mode 2x before rly pulling through.
one run got wiped, and with the other i lost patience/interest.
party setup:
tav = pure pact of blade warlock
lae'zel & karlach = battlemaster fighters
shadowheart = light cleric
+ sometimes assassin astarion
+ sometimes divination wizard gale
i did 2-3 full runs on explorer & balanced before tackling Honor Mode, not on Tactician though. went straight to the hardest xD but i do know the game decently well, all the secret shortcuts, where important items are, how to cheese bosses, etc.

100% same tho - i felt so terrible making "mean" choices for utility/safety/convenience instead of roleplaying. especially making Gale kill himself and being unable to reload after Halsin died T_T

playing honor mode was such a weird way of playing bg3. half my party died (Halsin, Karlach, Jaheira, Minsc, and i used Gale to end the game at the brain stem) and i ignored 90% of act 3 after getting lvl 12.
i'm never doing that again lol.
but kinda proud i got the achievement <3

A - it makes me cry every time. because it's a perfect mirror of how religion works irl, and it hits me directly in my ex-catholic feels. when the night is darkest, most ppl with any kind of religious upbringing do turn back to religious symbolism & ritual.
It's not WRONG, especially because the s-Plural does actually exist, they're just using it in a weird way - but it drives me absolutely fucking NUTS.
