In my last manager job at the LJW/Sunflower (which released Django) I wasn't very hands on toward the end. When people asked me what I did I used to joke that I "talked about computers".
In this new AI landscape, I just realized I now just talk to computers about computers.
Family just discovered that peeps are pretty good on wood oven pizza. Who knew!

Getting ready to start a new medium sized Wagtail project and wanted to catch up on what's new in terms of customization, tips, tricks, etc.

Just finished watching an interview with Steve Yegge on The Pragmatic Engineer. I've read various blog post by him over the years, but he seems like he would be a real fun guy to hang out and nerd with.
I've been busier than usual lately but here is another fun Ask Frank Anything question on how to develop software as environmentally friendly as possible. frankwiles.com/questions/e...
I only like broccoli if it’s raw or very very lightly cooked. If it’s even approaches soft I’d rather not.
Broccolini however can be sautéed or grilled.
We’re all a little weird.
Nope not weird!
Maybe not “revolting” but yeah. For they just can’t be very mushy unless in a soup.

Family wanted steak tonight.
