Research on COVID is being hampered by a lack of interest by publishers and funding, imo. Considering we are only about 7 years into a brand-new disease, we lost interest pretty quickly.

The Ontario Conservative govt's scheme of attaching a certain amount of a student's grade to attendance ought to fix the problem. Or, more AI! But definitely do not address school air quality or acknowledge that the bug going around is probably Covid.
I wish someone would take this seriously.
I got into arguments with coworkers who secretly hate their children about how the probable long-term effects of COVID are not worth "having some much needed time away from the kids."
They would always go to "the kids aren't learning how to socialize." Whoops.
imagine what conscientiously maintained air purifiers and—dare i say—an open window or two could change.
