Beyer: I don’t like to do ad hominem attacks, but I’ve served with four different speakers. This is the fifth one—by far the weakest speaker, I think, in American history.

It’s long past time for Speaker Johnson to do his job and swear in Arizona Congresswoman-elect Adelita Grijalva. She won on September 23rd that’s 26 days ago.
Children across London return to school this week - and to another year of free school meals.
I’m delighted that we’re continuing to fund free school meals for all state primary schools so that all children have to worry about is making the most of being back at school.
Anyone who says: “well RFK has some good ideas,“ should be written off as crazy.
Sure, there’s lots of people that have talked about reforming the food system and making sure kids get a more balanced diet, but they’re also not conspiracy theorists and liars. Do not promote the wrong people.
Good morning to you 🌞 from the Southern Coast on the
It sure didn’t take long for Jeanine Pirro to turn the DC US Attorney’s Office into the most incompetent, feckless, and ridiculous prosecutor’s office in the United States.
Left side of picture is a giant book with the words "The entire Greek mythology" Right side is a much smaller book with the words "Greek mythology if Zeus wasn't horny."
Terrific read. Frumpy cheats at everything

There is a recurring message in the Bible.
🙏🏻It’s simple🙏🏻
If you think the book 📖 allows you to starve children 👶🏻keep medicine💉💊 from the sick😷and look away 👀 while people are slaughtered praying 🙏🏻 in churches🕍 or synagogues ⛪️,

Pritzker: "It breaks my heart to report that we have been told ICE will try to disrupt community picnics and peaceful parades. Let's be clear -- the terror and cruelty is the point, not the safety of anybody living here."
Sen. Lankford should know this about his own state.
This is too true. When I watched Revenge of the Sith the first time it seemed hard to believe. When I watched it again in 2020 I was thinking “ok now this seems like real life.” Hopefully things go back to normal soon
I used to read books like Lord of the Rings or watch movies like Star Wars and think the villains were unbelievable. And of course, now watching the tech oligarchs (who could not spend all their money if they tried) destroy civilization for power, I’m like, guess I was wrong. People are that awful.
I'm aware that the President likes to go on television and beg me to call him to ask for troops.
I find it strange, as Chicago doesn't want troops.
I also have experience asking him for assistance – just to have the rug pulled up from underneath me when execution meets reality.
Voters are angry and not letting up. Good.
Pritzker: When did we become a country where it's okay for the president to insist on national television that a state should call him to beg for anything, especially something we don't want?
Have we truly lost all sense of sanity in this nation that we treat this as normal?
The president is sending the military to control American cities and if you're a reporter who's framing that illegal power grab as "pushing the boundaries of constitutionality" or "acting boldly to fight crime" or whatever, please go find another line of work where you won't get us all killed.

This hits harder than when I saw this movie the first time.
