Usually, once a week, I buy strawberries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple and blueberries and listen to a podcast while I cut them all up and mix them together with the juice of one lime and a drizzle of honey. It keeps well and I can eat a bowl of it for dessert or breakfast with some yogurt.
