I can’t wait for 2nd Chapter Remake next year!!! I pray to Aidios they also give Sky the 3rd and Zero/Azure the same fantastic Remake treatment! 🙏

My one complaint is the issue in some cutscenes where only one character is voiced and others present just have text dialogue. I get it, it costs more money to fully voice, but I’d rather it be everyone voiced in a scene or no one voiced in a scene. BG3 definitely spoiled me on full voice acting.

It was everything I could hope for in a remake and more! From remaining true to the original story, being able to explore Liberl fully in 3D, the quality of life features, voice acting, and the mashup action/turn-based combat from Daybreak, the experience was absolute near perfection! 🤌🏼😘

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake complete and another JRPG platinum trophy added to my collection! If you’ve been wanting to get into the long running Trails series, this is the perfect entry point! Can’t recommend it enough! This is definitely my game of the year for 2025 💯!

I gave in and spent the weekend playing the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake Demo! Gungho did a BRILLIANT job! It’s far exceeded my expectations and I’m VERY MUCH looking forward to the full release (even more so than I was already)! Sept 19th can’t get here fast enough! The HYPE is real y’all 🤩

The visuals and music are gorgeous! I was not expecting the game to reel me in and sink its hooks into me that fast! I fully expect to get punched in the feels in all the right ways. My only minor gripe so far is the lack of a minimap and no manual saves.

Just finished the Prologue of Expedition 33 and I’ve already shed tears. This game is definitely something special. The art direction, music, story/world building, characters/voice acting, and reaction turn-based combat are 😘👌! Looking forward to diving more into this gem after adulting for the day.

First Platinum Trophy for 2025 obtained - the original platinum for FFXIV! This one I’ve been slowly chipping away at for a few YEARS! Feels good to finally be able to check this one off! 🥳🏆✅

Haha oops, I thought I was replaying to DQ3. Trails is definitely something to play for the narrative lol. I think this Trails in the Sky Remake is gonna be perfect for folks to get into the series. The original is pretty dated. 😅

You don't play for the narrative that's for sure and it's super grindy, but retro JRPG enthusiasts are used to that.😅

It's a good game when you need to chill and feel like doing some mindless grinding. It's perfect for handheld mode play. (Switch/PS Portal/Steamdeck). Definitely give it a try!

The Quality of Life additions make the experience much more enjoyable, especially the Battle Speed settings and fast travel!
