For a second this looks like it's gonna be a dud and then all of the sudden it's a fire hose of whistles kind of at me. 😂 (I was right of the camera!)
If you'd like to support our hijinks, we have sent 166,246 whistles to 39 states. Buy filament for our printers here:

Screenshot: serialephemera Thematically speaking, the most important thing Terry Pratchett taught me was the concept of militant decency. The idea that you can look at the world and its flaws and its injustices and its cruelties and get deeply, intensely angry, and that you can turn that into energy for doing the right thing and making the world a better place. He taught me that the anger itself is not the part! should be fighting. Nobody in my life ever said that before.
This is a good lesson, no matter how you come to learn it
Oh, look! An imaginary car ramming caused imaginary internal injuries. Who knew!
A small cross stitch project photographed against a polka dot background. The project is a bookshelf with "2025" across the top of the bookshelf. Five shelves are filled with different colors of books. Each color represents a genre. Below the project is a cross stitched color key that lists the genres and corresponding colors. These genres are: romance, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, thriller, mystery, why a contemporary, essays, why a fantasy, y a sci-fi, memoir/ biography, history, literature and general fiction, and reference.
Finished stitching my 2025 book tracker! Been very satisfying to catch up on at least one craft project. It's helping me find little sparks of joy in the world right now.
Pattern by thestircrazycrafter & purchased on Etsy. Genres & representative colors chosen by me.

A pale hand holds the novel, Love Requires Chocolate by Ravynn K. Stringfield. The novel's cover is mostly in shades of pink and blue. The title is in the top third in large letters. The illustration shows a young couple on what looks like a rooftop in Paris. Off to the right is the Eiffel Tower, and in the bottom left is a shop sign that says "Chocolat Doré." The author's name is in large pink letters across the bottom of the cover.
I started reading this Christmas gift. Twenty pages in I am completely charmed.
This whole thread.
I didn't grow up with a specific superstition food for New Year's, but my husband's family is adamant that on New Year's Day we have collards and black eyed peas. Their family understands this as representing: collards = folding money, and Black eyed peas = change.
It really is delightful! As someone fairly new to K-pop, I'm a little bit overwhelmed by all the content... but not mad about it!
Right?! It was really real. & There's so much about it that I like. The clothes, the kids, the set, the music...
This looks like such a satisfying nom!
I'm so curious about what our captain has in store for his birthday!

Here is the official certificate of election for Adelita Grijalva D-AZ. She was elected on September 23 and still has not been sworn in by House Speaker Mike Johnson.
The Executive is laying taxes without the consent of Congress.

We had Georgia history in...shoot. I think 8th grade. It was approximately a billion years ago & I don't know if that's still the case.
So, right now, the only reliable way to diagnose endometriosis is with exploratory surgery. But finally, real scientists (instead of male scientists), are on the job & of course they’ve identified multiple markers in menstrual blood that point to noninvasive testing.

On the corner of the Westin hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, digital billboard that wraps around the corner of the building advertises the save The wheel of Time campaign. The image has the character Rand al'Thor carrying the character of Moiraine with spears that have been shoved into the ground and are now standing on end all around them. The text on the billboard reads: Save The Wheel of Time. Savewot.com
