Lemme tell you. Most fans don't have the first fucking idea what *actual* constructive criticism looks like.

Truth. And the fact is, there's so much "great literature" that's actually fun. We could be teaching that instead, and using it to ignite a love of reading in young people.

3 Musketeers. A Connecticut Yankee. Basically anything by Jules Verne. And so much more...

For those who don't know me well enough - I despise gatekeeping and elitism in all its forms. Its a sign of insecurity, and nothing more.

If you hate on romantasy, YA, LitRPG, etc... I immediately think less of you.

Book elitists: Young people don't read enough!

Young people: reads LitRPG

Book elitists: not like that!

Folks... you don't win the "war on literacy" by shaming people for reading things they like.
