I’m torn between cooking for dinner tonight vs picking something up but either way, I will eat.

I completely agree with you vs. Japan. I do think she gets plenty of coverage/attention. She won 2025 player of the year with just half a healthy year. She’s outrageous. Compared to maybe Dickey/Wesley out of this current window and wanted a chance to highlight those types of players.

Gonna be really hard over the next year to not just be like, Claire Hutton? Good!

Me from my squeaky rocking chair— sit down kids let me tell you about the time when Tierna Davidson was an outside back and provided service on corner kicks.

Sometimes you just gotta think about what just happened and whether it’s your body or ego or both that needs treatment.

Having slipped and fallen on ice plenty of times myself, I can defiantly relate to any of these players being like, YAH IM GONNA NEED A MINUTE.

Japan obviously also has areas of great elevation but do you think the Nadeshiko went from sunny San Jose to rainy Seattle to snowy Denver this week like what the fuck

Same 🥲

Otherwise feels like a pretty clear mix of a “ideal” lineup with “good fit” players. 2026 is still an evaluation period for players who “broke in” during 2025.

Veteran Skylar Diggins determined to bring high standards to Chicago Sky: ‘We’re not going to get punked’ Skylar Diggins will be responsible for establishing a new culture with the Chicago Sky. “I bought into the vision,” the veteran point guard said.

“We’re not going to get punked.”

The Sky want to alter their perception.

Skylar Diggins knows that starts (and ends) with her.

On why she trusts the Sky’s new vision, how she hopes to change an identity and what it means to be a good teammate, not an easy one.

Chicago Stars FC announce new 'player-centric' club training facilities set for completion in 2027 The facilities are set for completion in 2027 and will be located in Bannockburn, Ill.

I think it’s great for them! Wrote about the development plans in January and seems like that latest news is village approval. Glad ownership can check this off their to do list.

Ozzie Guillén announced himself a Gabriela Jaquez fan and plans to take his family to Sky games this summer to show support, that's about the biggest stamp of approval you can ask for in Chicago

USWNT vs Japan score: USA soccer upset in friendly, fail to score on Asian champions A narrow 1-0 defeat leads into Friday's third and final friendly versus the Japanese

The #USWNT picked up its 1st loss since October. A three-match window against Japan was billed as a key chance to reunite players from long absences and to test the growth of less-capped players over the last year. Tonight's lineup failed that test; now onto Denver.
