She goes down, feeds him the apple, and through telepathic conversation gathers the context and panics

She finds Arthur, still suffering and bleeding

In game if you don’t use another horse to get back, Arthur’s horse will find him and bring him back to camp. Here, Gaia helps him onto the horse and she tries to help him on the way back
