to be fair, my anxiety has been getting pretty bad again overall, I need to find ways overall to just RELAX a little bit

I'm gonna be okay and get through it, by the way- but for the last couple months, I've been getting pretty worked up over this fear. It's something I have to actively fight pretty often, to the point where sometimes I'm afraid I'm gonna wake up and find out someone I know has passed away

just sucks
