Unlike other LinkedIn posters I don't use AI to write my posts

I really tried to post on LinkedIn but my god it's awful. Who is reading most of that stuff on there?
I'm excited to share that we've made a collection of historic Supreme Court Records and Briefs available via
@archive.org
I've written a blog post where I go into detail about the importance of this collection.

Forget Mac Mini - we're shipping Mac Max: a $35,000 computer so large it needs a 220 outlet and you have to wear ear protection when it's on. It only has one purpose: to run OpenClaw agents that expose your bank account information to the dark web.
Because Gen AI has scrambled traditional indicators of quality, I just found myself writing the following sentence for something I'm working on, "We should work to disseminate new heuristics for the AI age along the lines of, 'LLMs are secondary sources once removed, treat them accordingly.'"
We'll never know if people around us are wearing these, as they are indistinguishable from normal glasses
Just dropped my LawDroid Manifesto podcast episode featuring David Colarusso, Practitioner in Residence and Co-Director of the Legal Innovation and Technology Lab at Suffolk Law Schoolโteaching the next generation that ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป when it comes to AI. ๐ David grew up all...
Sinners is a musical?
All of these robots move like my kids did when we were first potty training them and they were trying to make it to the bathroom
In a scene from the B&w movie Scrooge (1951, released as A Christmas Carol in the United States) an adaptation of Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol (1843), Alastair Sim as Ebenezer Scrooge has awoken on Christmas morning after being visited by the three ghosts, he leans out the window and tells: YOU BOY ARE THE STRAITS OF HORMUZ OPEN OR CLOSED TODAY
Tools or Moral Agents?
or something in-between?
New post on the substackery open.substack.com/pub/samharde...
Do I know anybody here that has experience scaling the sales/partnership side of a SAAS org? We've gotten nearly 1,000 new API users in Q1 and we're losing our minds. I'm sure there's a playbook here. Anybody been down this path or know somebody that has?
v0.2.1b of Blawx-MCP is live at github.com/Lexpedite/bl..., and will allow your AI agent to inputs legal documents into your project, and will allow your agent to work on multiple ยงBlawx projects at the same time.
Coming soon, Remote MCP to make it more widely accessible.

I'm envisioning that you'd be flying in Superman position so you'd have to back into the elevator feet first to reach the buttons easier
Just imagining leaving an office building this way and having to choose between flying down the stairs or figuring out how to fit horizontally in an elevator
You know it smells crazy in that helmet
Should the AI prioritize the user's desire and act like a tool?
Should the AI consider downstream harms that could result from going along with what the user wants to do?
We don't have any real consensus on these!
I'm trying to figure out where the consensus is on how AI should respond to when they ask it to:
Draft an answer to an eviction complaint where the eviction is clearly justified from the facts,
Identify a medical issue and plan a course of treatment that is not aligned with current medical advice
If you are interested in AI ethics in debatable edge cases, I'm running a study that involves asking people how they think AI should respond. You can answer those questions here: delphi-ai-project.vercel.app
I know just how this thing ends
Hallelujah, guess we gave the karmic wheel a spin, oh yeah
I know just how this thing ends
The aggrieved becomes aggressor and we do it all again
An image showing two YouTube embeds. One labeled "Section 230 Explained: A brief overview of Section 230 and why it matters" and the other saying "The Future of Content Moderation: Keynote on the challenges facing platforms." Both videos show "video unavailable" with a "watch on YouTube" link.
CLAUDE CODE JUST RICKROLLED ME. I'm working on a project where part of it will involve videos, and in building out the project it created a dummy page, with made up content (relevant to me!) with two video links pretending to be something else and BOTH WERE RICKROLLs.
And state bar journal articles....
