Made gluten free, dairy free sandwich bread for the first time and it turned out soft and fluffy with a nice crust. My husband devoured three slices! My next attempt will be even prettier I know it!

Yes I typically use the King Arthur chocolate chip cookie recipe as my base recipe then I add whatever I want to it! It makes a lot of cookies.

Here's the recipe! I use gluten free breadcrumbs for mine. I eyeballed all the ingredients. You want mostly mozzarella so it gets real cheesy when it cooks. They need to fry for 2-3min.
I made steaks, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and cheddar biscuits for Christmas dinner, but you can't see it because it's already in my tummy
Dinner tonight was these Italian rice ball things, I do not know what they are called, but they are deep fried and cheesy. They are best served with marinara sauce to dip into. It was my first time making them and I knocked it out of the park! #glutenfree #celiac

Every year my son picks our tree, and he always picks the one that looks like it needs the most love. Usually it's short, scraggly, and purchased very late in the season. But it is always incredibly loved, and always turns out beautiful no matter how humble the beginning.
I'm giggling imagining the person who ripped open this box expecting grand presents to plunder... And saw instead boring toothbrushes and trash bags. 🤣 They left all the stuff in the box, guess they didn't need cat food. Santa used to leave me a toothbrush, what's so bad about that 🤷♀️
