Things are not ok, but it's gonna be ok. Find joy in things within your control. In the little moments. In the community you have around you. These are the little things that can help us through the hard times. Many before us have overcome similar adversity and so shall we.

This is SO true. There are some interactions from past cons that I still think back on to give myself a little boost.
