Last year I started work on a book all about the history of the PSP. I wanted to have it ready to launch the Kickstarter for the PSP’s 20th anniversary but I’ve taken on a few too many projects. It is going to happen but likely mid-2025.

When the PSP launched in the UK, it was priced £180. This was considered a good price at the time given how much it could do (gaming, movies, music, internet and photos).

It sold 185,000 units in three days and was (at the time) the fastest selling game system in the U.K.
