If I can find a way to nail the last few GW's I think my OR's can improve considerably. Another struggle towards the end but happy with the finish overall

Really hope I can reverse the trend of having a poor final GW. Last few seasons I have had good ranks and it has gone very badly. I do have 2 FT's which helps
Decent GW
Since GW30 the only jeopardy has been the CL spots. Never known a season where almost all the teams have nothing to play for. Been very underwhelming which is why FPL has been a little boring
FPL season has completely stalled. No real progress and recent chips were a disaster. Think I am going to roll this GW and hope for some magic on the final day to try and top some mini-leagues
Bench Boost active. Hopefully another green arrow.
Current OR - 34k
Grateful the season is not over for United. Hoping Amad and De Ligt are back for the semi-finals
I think our wages are mid-table currently but we have some earners that are earning extortionate wages but barely ever playing. But our cash flow is dangerously low. If it wasn't for SJR putting money in I believe we would be down to £15m in cash - getting close to administration.
Transfer fees are also relevant depending on how much they signed them for and how long they are into their contract. If they were to sell Onana they would have to get at least £33m to not take a PSR hit on him. PSR matters now given the dire financial situation. But I also agree with your points.
I think the club has to prioritise getting other high earners off the books. The likes of Shaw, Mount and Casemiro for differing reasons barely play, but they are paid the wages of regular first-team players.
If you watch the replay of the 2nd goal, he moves side-to-side multiple times for no reason. The footwork is questionable, and recently he has developed a new habit of parrying the shots back into the danger area. Not good enough.
Hard to have any sympathy. The enormous TV deals have only helped widen inequality within the football pyramid and worldwide footballing structure, over-inflating players' wages and agent fees, whilst pricing the everyday person out of watching live sport
Dorgu is jogging, he is completely in control of the situation and Onana can see the full picture. Given that Dorgu is ahead of the Ipswich player the sensible decision is for Onana to simply hold his position for an easy pass back. I would blame the experienced GK ahead of a young player learning
We have got to a point where we have to sell Onana but the issue as always is his PSR cost given he still has a number of years left on his contract. We would have to sell him for around £33m and get someone to match his wages. Think this will be an incredibly difficult sell.
Being aggressive has got me back into the top 100k. That is why I am going Palmer 🧢 over Salah this week. Palmer more likely to blank, but equally more likely to get a hat-trick
Even if De Gea did, he was like 22-years-old, not an experienced CL GK like Onana. I think Onana might be one of the worst GK's United have ever had. We aren't seeing his benefit in possession and in terms of goalkeeping basics there isn't really anything he's outstanding at.
Not creating much and continually conceding goals to crosses and set-pieces is a worrying trend. Onana has also developed this knack of continually parrying shots back into the danger area which is costing United. Worrying times really.
Three 100+ points GW's in a row. Assistant manager chip has gone better than I could have imagined
A very good point. But City really didn't have many goalscoring options beyond Haaland. He has played a slightly different role this season with him acting as a decoy for Foden a month back and Marmoush more recently. Appreciate it's a massive risk though
Currently thinking about going against Haaland after GW29 so I can keep Salah. Potentially going to get Foden, Marmoush and Gvardiol and hope that combination + Salah beats or matches those teams that have to sacrifice a lot to get Haaland back
Another very good GW despite the first hit of the season. I got very lucky with Wood points from the bench but chasing table bonus with AM has gone quite well so I'm happy I took the risk.
Was always going to be difficult to get a result given the injuries, but the level of performance has been worrying for some time now. The situation is looking bleak right now given the system doesn't suit most of these players, and there is no money to help mould the squad to suit it.
INEOS have made a couple of mistakes since becoming part owners but worth remembering that the financial situation is almost entirely down to the Glazers. The leveraged buyout, and subsequent debt that United are still paying off is leading the club into a perilous position
Going in the right direction. We go again with Emery this GW
I like Amorim and want him to succeed. I do think many of the players are not compatible for the system. I also think it will take time, but I also believe that it shouldn't be this bad. Not creating any chances and struggling to score goals, while also conceding lots of chances is a worry.
Happy we got the win but for large parts of that match United were a complete mess. No real structure in their buildup, hardly created any chances, hardly used the width the wing-backs give us. Has to improve.
Worried for the first time as a United fan. Playing 6 or 7 defensive players but it isn't making the team more defensively solid. It isn't worth the sacrifice given the attack looks completely devoid of any goals or creativity. Amorim has to be more bolder.
We do need an option at 10 given we have loaned out Antony and now Rashford
I don't understand the Leon Bailey links at all. Often injured and his goals and assists tallies are massively underwhelming. This would be a huge downgrade on Rashford.
Great second-half. Created loads of chances and the combination play was really good. Mainoo at n10 was outstanding
