If there is anything that has come out of 120 hours so far in Aesprite and reflecting on my childhood, don't hold your kids back in their interests. If the kid wants to draw pixel by pixel, don't push him to draw a car instead. Capitalize on the interest and build life long skills early.
I don't think I even need to read the rest. Culture fit is a huge factor and you cannot change my mind. However it only works if the correct culture is being built and not that of a toxic alienating one. Either we are a team or we aren't.
