One way I’ve always played the game, if I’m not 100% certain on a player I tend to bring them in anyway.

That way if he does something I’m not proclaiming “I WAS GOING TO BRING HIM IN!”

If he blanks I don’t seem to mind as much 🤷‍♂️

Other than the basics like goals and assist so far - it tends to be those the create the biggest chance of a return. Number of crosses, shots, shots on targets, shots in the box etc
