I found out i have vasovagal syncope and dis ish why i faint at the sight of blood and needles and why i almost fainted when i realized my wisdom tooth was rottening away more than it was last time

Im too loving to everyone else that i forgot to love myself.... Probably has something to do with my mother not loving me as a kid then leaving me out of fun activities i need to self love myself more im not being selfish im full of love i have plenty to spare

Emotional processing of any kind is hard for us autistic people thats why we are easily manipulated sadly

I love you all who stayed with me through my rough times and to thise who didnt well i appreciate you too it sounds backwards but without you i wouldn't have the motivation to keep going to be honest i need to prove myself so thank you

I had my first therapy appointment today and made a goal to get better and make better judgement calls of right and wrong and to deal with my anxiety a different way than yelling at my partner they are going through same stuff as me and i dont want them to feel bad about something i did
