The evil is hard to process.

My brother was born with Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare disease of which the defining, most life-limiting symptom is hyperphagia, the feeling of extreme hunger and never, ever feeling full. But now the FDA has approved a drug developed by Soleno (Vykat XR) to treat hyperphagia in people with PWS!!

This is pretty damned clever! I LOL-ed.
