Did you find a new hobby, making some killer animations. Damn, I have the old custom Server kits saved somewhere, I was told there is a way to run it on an internal offline server somehow. It's probably the same kit you have from the Github.
While troubleshooting how I broke the server trying to add new assets for the map, I did stumble across what looks like an animator tool. I don't know how this is what you were referring to.
Oh my goth, I think that's it. It does look complicated, but it should allow you to animated each body part while keeping the custom colors players put in the pony editor page. I saw it in a video, but they deleted it a really long time ago, and I can't find any mention of it any place else.

I kinda left this project on the back burner, I started with a small idea of stealing the Balloon, then I over thought it into something bigger and bigger, that I got burnt out on it. More action and gags, but it would be heavy work and time consuming. Should I finish, even if Valentine is over?
