US Supreme Court will not hear novel youth-led climate change case The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a bid by 21 young people to revive a novel lawsuit claiming the U.S. government's energy policies violate their rights to be protected from climate change.

The ossified Supreme Court refused to hear Juliana vs. the US, a case where 15 youth had sued the US over their right to a clean future free of fossil fuels. The Montana Supreme Court had upheld their right to sue in December. Someday we'll have climate justice.
