Productive morning 😁 Got groceries, baked a dozen sourdough chocolate chip cookies, did some laundry, and prepped veggies for French onion beef stew for dinner. Now I’m off to the movies to see Dangerous Animals.

Well this chocolate sourdough loaf is incredible. The bread really isn’t sweet at all, as expected, but the chips give it some sweetness. Topped with some kerrygold butter and cherry preserves, it was heavenly.

Trying out some chocolate sourdough loaves this weekend. The dough has espresso, a little honey, cocoa powder, and milk and white chocolate chips.

And this is funnier with a little context…I’m the only woman in a department of 115 people 😅

It’s a real sausage fest at work today 🤭
