What if the arrest itself is unlawful because say a citizen of color (with their child) freaks out at the sight of ice and runs into the house? Their fear is understandable. I assume it's fruit of poison tree and subject to exclusionary rule, including anything else found after entry.

This seems like a harsh result and punishment if he was only administratively suspended for failure to pay dues. If you miss the CLE deadline you can be admin. suspsended for that too.
