Not only all teachers work “ at home too” not from home. Overload work duties that there is no time to do on paid hours. So unpaid work. Whoever wants to make it better for teachers, spend a week in a school! Most teachers would like to start on the possibility to even go to the toilet when needed!

Whoever comes with this ideas has clearly never been in a teachers shoes! We work extra at home, unpaid and overwhelmed. What needs to happen is a proper understanding of the job and a complete radical system change! Guess what it works differently in other countries!!!!
