Today's #BirdOfTheDay theme is #ManMadePerch.
And every day, of course, is a good day to #resist.
This stunning pyritized ammonite from the Jurassic period showcases nature's artistry as minerals transform organic material into golden relics. A true marvel of paleontology.
Iβm freshly floofed! I went to see my groomer fren, Haley, for my βpaws and privatesβ spa treatment. She said I was a very good boy and that Iβm learning not to play/try to eat the air from the blowy thingy which meant extra treats - from her and Mom. Score!
A starfield filled with thousands of stars and shining clouds of dust. The Milky Way\u2019s elegant spiral structure is dominated by just two arms wrapping off the ends of a central bar of stars. Spanning more than 100,000 light-years, Earth is located along one of the galaxy\u2019s spiral arms, about halfway from the center. Credit: NASA

But as a general rule, raw milk is unnecessary and more difficult than pasteurised to have not be poison. And pasteurisation is so easy to do it's pointless to not in the vast majority of situations.
Raw milk can be good in certain circumstances, for example, brie cheese is often made with raw milk. But pregnant people and young children shouldn't have it if it isn't made with pasteurised milk - that is why. The main challenge with raw milk is transportation, which can let the bacteria grow.
