Like freaking HOUSEPLANTS. I love having some of my sims grow balcony gardens but the huge planters and flowers that dont work half the time really kill the vibes I want. This will change everything if it works properly. I'm staying hopeful.

I get peoples frustrations with what should have been an Outdoor Retreat refresh. The recycled stuff isn't doing anything for me either but I swore to myself I'd keep this account positive so im focusing on the things im excited for.

Thanks to @antiquatedsimmer.bsky.social I've been stranded in sulani 😅 the Island Roots challenge has been an interesting experience in battling game bugs. But I've been really enjoying it. My poor, cold, hungry sims probably aren't though.

When randomizing traits gets REALLY random. I have no idea what these sims personalities are like at all. 😅

Poor Johan keeps getting abducted by aliens and the girls don't believe him. 😅 Father Winter showed up took one look at this sad scene and walked right back out the door.

Newest project. I might be insane to have even started this but have a WIP of a Henford-on-Bagley Castle🤷‍♀️The end of day 1 vs end of day 2 Its not perfect but everytime I build I do better than the last one so Im happy with it My landscaping skills need serious work though😅

Setting up for yet another legacy challenge as if I don't have 4 already started. But more legacies means more in depth lore for my save file, so that's how I justify this nonsense to myself. Finally chose one that's going to be my actual beginning.

And my baby Marisa. From a young age Herbert instilled a passion in her to create things with her own hands. As a teen she realized she preferred to work with electronics over wood. For graduating her parents got her a work bench and she been enjoying tinkering while waiting to hear from colleges

Sonya loves taking care of her family. Unlike her Watcher she loves cooking and cleaning. Ever since Marisa aged to a teen, Sonya has been trying to come up with ways to keep busy. Her recent hobbies are knitting and cross stitching.

Just last week I reread Gen 9. This reminds me so much of Tavi and Nova.

🥳🥳 yaaay! I'm so excited for this. Time to give one of my sim families the makeover they always deserved because this pack fits them so much better than what I originally planned for them.

Last night someone in my small town drove a flaming trailer over 10 km to drop it off in the middle of town at the fire station. Where the propane tanks exploded and now half our town has no water and a school is closed. 🤦‍♀️

As if to prove her point, back at home Viv tries to fill her amusement bar by putting her favorite spot in the woods onto canvas. It doesn't go as planned and she swears she can hear Vespers croaking laugh coming through from the void.

Vesper: Oh, come on. I spend all my time in the void because you and the Watcher keep forgetting about me. Let a spirit bird live!

Viv: Unless the spirit bird wants us to LIVE in these woods again, we need to focus on making money Ves, not indulging in pointless fun.

Vesper: well.. we can either find some elderberries and make a new remedy to sell or I can eat them. Fireflies give me a crazy body buzz.
Viv: Really? ew. I think we should go with the option that pays our bills instead of going on a bug bender..

When she isn't at home binge watching old reruns, she can be found camping and foraging in the forests on the outskirts of Brindleton. When the normies aren't around she can let her familiar Vesper out to stretch his wings.
