Baking up some sweet potatoes and going to have some salmon and peas for some healthy protein. Today’s protein shake was Vega vanilla.

I have chickens and sometimes ducks so I constantly try to keep an eye on the maps where outbreaks are.

I have separate barn boots, different footwear on the farm vs going to town, and had to put signs up and cams to keep strangers from trying to access my coops.

My old municipality used to pick birds up for testing, but had a list of the species they were looking for, like crows/jays/waterfowl. I can’t remember if red-winged bb’s were on the list, but given that they stick close to water, probably.
