I started a new job. I've been at it for 10 days now and today the guy I'm working with suddenly snaps his fingers and says,
"That's who you look like! The guy from Lost!"
He looks it up on his phone. "Matthew Fox."
It's not true, of course. I'm nowhere near that good looking.
It's nice anyway.

Life is about what you have,
Not what you don't.

Talking, talking, talking but not really saying much.

Bored, I tried to watch 'the news' but it was just re-runs again.

This is always a pitfall, for sure. :P

People who are not good with plants and who are mystified at others who are miss one crucial aspect to plant care:
You must treat them as pets and care about their well being as living creatures.
This makes all the difference.

Last year he started building a nest on my truck where the windshield meets the hood and I had to remove it every other day.
Looks like even though I bought a new car he's up to his old tricks again.

Yes. I really enjoy it.
It gives you a little background into who Kesey and The Pranksters were, a little bit of HST, some Ginsberg, Kerouac too if only briefly.

There is a pretty great audiobook performed by Luke Daniels if you are into audiobooks (I love audiobooks. Driving without is a crime).

Never a good sign when a book gets DNF'ed for 8 years. :P

I did finish it but I don't remember it at all which is also a bad sign.
